I have always had a soft spot for sweets, so it's hard for me to choose a favorite one but I have a preference for CHOCOLATE! I feel comfortable in the kitchen, it is relaxed and brings me a lot of fun. I am a qualified cook and I have various certificates and diplomas in patisserie and cake design.
